Meditate by the waterfalls or swim in your own private swimming hole on the secluded 240-acre Schaad Ranch somewhere between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe in California’s Gold Country and somewhere between heaven and earth. About Denise
Denise is the storyteller supreme and one of the most gifted speakers I have ever heard and I am very discerning and very picky! You don’t expect this pretty and lovely fit being to be a motorcycle aficionado, but she is. She will surprise you at every turn. Since I attended my personal retreat with her, she has published a best-selling book, Spirit Speaks – Experiencing Loss of Self to Discover Love of Self and that is what we have titled and based this retreat on.
Denise Schaad is a well-known inspirational speaker and artist. She has shared her stories and art with audiences worldwide to help them find peace in their lives, as she did after being trafficked and struggling for years with addiction before finding sobriety on reconciliation hill.
Denise draws on her many life experiences, deep knowledge, and wisdom. Her work has helped countless people learn to connect with their inner power and live more fulfilling lives.
Denise’s voice is a powerful instrument that can captivate an audience for hours on end.
About Di
On three different occasions Dianne held reservations, seat assignments, and tickets on airplanes that all tragically crashed. She knew she was spared because there was a purpose and a plan for her life. After personally suffering some recent devastating losses, she has found that “life purpose.” She is determined to assist others through their own life tragedies and traumatic grief.
In addition to a master’s degree in Energy Medicine, Dianne Deering is a licensed non-denominational minister and Certified Grief Educator. In her unique approach to overcoming grief and restoring peace, she is a facilitator for a technique called Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), which is a practice that has been hugely successful to re-imprint the subconscious mind. She also incorporates her own revolutionary principles that are outlined in her upcoming book, Five Spiritual Steps for Healing Grief, as well as her personal other-worldly experiences with the “other side.”
About the Ranch
Vision Quest Retreats Center is nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains between Sacramento and Lake Tahoe. This 240-acre ranch has been in the family for over one hundred and twenty-five years and is sacred, as the Miwok Indians left behind Indian grinding rocks at the base of the property near the river. Rick and Denise, the land owners of Schaad Ranch, have spent the last twenty years living on the property while each of them has gone on their Vision Quests to heal and raise their frequency. Working with the land, they have created healing vortexes throughout the ranch. They have seen spontaneous healing for those open to working with these energies.
We will be “glamping” under the stars. There will be portable-potties available as well as one bathroom in Denise’s home.
