When Craig was alive I sent him an email with a link to a blog that my friend Kathy Gottberg had written. Craig was my personal trainer and we were always looking for philosophical things to discuss while we worked out. Kathy Gottberg is a published author of six books and the creator of SMART Living 365.com (https://smartliving365.com), a blog where she shares ideas about how to co-create a happy, meaningful and rewarding life. She lives in La Quinta, CA with her husband and dog Kloe, and intends to say at the end of her life, “Wow! What a ride!”
Craig resonated with the article so much that he indicated to me that it was as if he had written it himself. The living Craig told me to take it to heart and from the other side; he has communicated to me that he left the earth saying, “Wow! What a ride!” The article was entitled “Resisting the Temptation To Stay Comfortably Numb And Conform In Midlife.” I’m certain you’ll enjoy it as much as Craig did!
And…if you don’t know…Craig was a motorcycle fanatic. I know that he would have loved the accompanying photo!
